The sulfuric acid transportation trailer specializes in transporting sulfuric acid and also applies to load other poisonous acid-base liquid, e.g.: phosphoric acid, ammonium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide etc. The carbon steel tank is capable of storing the concentrated sulfuric acid, when the transport density is over 1.5.

Advantages:

• Plastic Liner

The interior of the tank is treated by passivation and anticorrosion. The lining is protected by the inert material – polyethylene which adequately separates the tank from the chemical liquid and refrains from the chemical reaction which corrodes the tank. The quality of the polyethylene particle is high and the 16mm plastic liner is uniform. Furthermore, the liner is fastened by a densely welded steel wire mesh and doesn't fall off the wall of the tank permanently.

• Tank Configuration

Steel manhole covers on the top of the tank are connected with the acid plate. The tank roof is fenced by the coaming where asphalt paint against external corrosion is used. Movable guardrails are installed on both sides of the tank roof. The downspout is exported from the rear cap.

The safety shut-off valve is equipped on the bottom of the tank.

Two plastic discharge valves are installed on the rear of the frame.
